Dear Parents and Students,

Thank you for participating in the Teacher Parade of Glory; it was heartwarming to see all your lovely faces in person! If you missed the parade, check out the videos and pictures posted on Google Classroom.

Below are this week’s tasks. Approximate completion times are listed by each task to help you plan your week.  Students are encouraged to complete all tasks by Tuesday, May 19th.

Please note that Friday, May 15 is a PD day and therefore there is no school for students.  Monday, May 18th is Victoria Day and there is no school for students and staff.

Our Google Meet times and my office hours are listed below.  I will continue to be available by phone and email during regular office hours.

Learn if soil is really necessary, help Detective LePlant solve a plant mystery, and participate in a soil activity with Mrs. Hussain

·       Start thinking about your favourite Grade 4 memory.
·       By the end of the month, post a video on Padlet where you talk about your favourite Grade 4 memory.

-       Write a story on WriteReader, edit and revise an existing story, or complete a journal entry!
